The final year of your PhD will be busy so how can you make the most of your time to prepare for the next stage in your career and research opportunities? This session aims to inspire you to get motivated and organised, help you identify key deadlines and resources for applying for jobs, set objectives for exploring options and networks and highlight some of the main career development events and activities that take place on campus. It will enable you to develop your own career management strategy and timeline for your final year and avoid coming to the end of your PhD not knowing what will happen next.
