Employers use a range of tools to assess applicants during the selection process, including group activities with other candidates. These are commonly used during assessment centres but may be used as part of less formal interview processes too. This participative session will give you the opportunity to try exercises typically used by recruiters and experience what it is like to be both a participant and an assessor. This should enable you to understand how you perform, what you could do to improve your performance and what assessors are looking for in successful candidates. Places are limited and you must be available for the whole session. Latecomers will not be able to take part.
